Nova Credit, Inc. (“Nova Credit”) is hosting the Cash Flow Underwriting Summit on Sep 12, 2024 in New York City. Cash Flow Underwriting Summit is an assembly of credit industry leaders dedicated to exploring and advancing the utilization of alternative data in lending practices. It will showcase keynote addresses and panel discussions led by industry pioneers and partners. Participants can expect insightful case-based workshops, visionary addresses, and ample networking opportunities aimed at shaping the future of credit underwriting.

Invitation only: This exclusive Cash Flow Underwriting Summit is by invitation only. Please complete the application form on our website to indicate your interest, and your application will be reviewed by our team. We are only able to accept a fixed number of attendees. 
‍

Confirmation: You will hear from our team within 30 days of form submission to confirm whether or not you have been invited to join our Cash Flow Underwriting Summit. Each invitation will be for one specific guest and is non-transferable.
‍

Guests: We’re sorry, but only those receiving an invitation from our team will be able to attend. We are not able to accept additional associates or guests. 
‍

Transfers: An invitation to attend is specific to you. If you’re not able to attend please let us know as soon as possible so we can extend an invite to another attendee.

Cost: There is no cost to attend the Cash Flow Underwriting Summit. However, Nova Credit will not cover any costs you incur to attend the Cash Flow Underwriting Summit (e.g.travel, accommodation or food).

Dress code: Business casual is a great guide.

Agenda: The Cash Flow Underwriting Summit agenda is subject to change and we reserve the right to change it at any time. Updates will be published on our website.

Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the Cash Flow Underwriting Summit for any reason and if we do cancel, we will let you know as soon as we can. We will not be responsible for any costs you may have incurred.

Age Limit: Attendees must be over the age of 21 to participate in conference activities. Due to local regulations and the service of alcoholic beverages, attendees under the age of 21 will not be permitted to attend Cash Flow Underwriting Summit.

Conduct: We are committed to making our event safe places for all. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind and all attendees must demonstrate respect and courtesy to all other people. Nova Credit reserves the right to revoke the registration of any attendee, or request any attendee to leave Cash Flow Underwriting Summit for violations of this policy or for any inappropriate behavior.

Photography/video: Please be aware that Nova Credit will be taking videos and photographs in the public areas of the conference (session rooms, breakout rooms, event spaces etc). We may use such recordings in marketing materials, educational products and publications. Your image and the sound of your voice may be recorded. If you are identified during the recording, or identify yourself by name, that information may be included in our materials. Recordings may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed.

Liability: You understand you attendance at, and participation in, the Cash Flow Underwriting Summit is entirely voluntary, and as a conference attendee, you voluntarily assume all risks that may occur as a result of your participation in the conference, including, without limitation, the risk of property damage, illness, or personal injury (including death). You hereby agree to release and hold harmless Nova Credit, its officers, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, and all expenses incidental thereto (including attorney's fees), based upon or arising out of any loss (including financial loss), property damage, illness (including COVID-19), or personal injury (including death) caused by or resulting in any way from your participation in the Cash Flow Underwriting Summit.
